Most conflict inside teams does not come from bad intentions. It comes from conversations nobody trained people to have — because organisations assume that a manager will simply know how to deliver difficult news, run an annual review, or react when someone stops coping.

I spent twenty years in financial operations at international corporations, from specialist to senior manager. I ran teams in a multinational environment, wrote performance improvement plans, sat through calibration meetings and on both sides of the conversations nobody wants to remember.

These workshops are built from that experience — not from management theory.

Three programmes: difficult conversations for managers, annual reviews and feedback that do not generate conflict, and one-to-ones that are not a waste of time. Groups of 8–15 people, on site near Kraków or online, in English or Polish. I adapt the programme to your organisation — a team going through reorganisation needs something different from a team preparing for review season.
